Big weekend for Seeley at Brands Hatch

Two races and a certain Stuart Easton stand between Carrick’s Alastair Seeley and his second Supersport title, having won it back in 2011.

The ‘Wee Wizard’ has a 19-point deficit to make up and he will need the help of other riders if championship leader Easton finishes the races.

“I need to go to Brands get a couple of wins and hopefully someone gets between myself and Stuart,” Seeley told the Times.

“The two Triumphs of Luke Mossey and Billy McConnell are starting to go well and along with my Gearlink team-mate, Ben Wilson, who is more than capable of mixing it at the front, so you never know what might happen.”
