Hearse and Limo Banger Racing comes to Nutts Corner

For the first time ever Nuttscorner Oval will stage Hearse and Limo Banger Racing on Sunday, June 13 at 2pm. Nuttscorner always strives to bring the fans something different, and yes, every single car competing on the day will be either a Hearse or a Limousine!

These types of vehicle have been used before in mainstream banger racing, but putting them out together should provide an outstanding spectacle. The racing will still be no holds barred banger action, with the big hits sure to come thick and fast.

Some of the weaker hearses could well be obliterated by the stronger limos, but that won’t stop the drivers going in for some big hits themselves too. It will be carnage from start to finish for sure.

Coleraine driver Kieran McIvor has a splendid Daimler Hearse for the meeting, which will surely be a target for the others, whilst top Dublin Banger aces Daryl Gilshenan and Steven Reynolds will also be out in the quest for the glory too. It is hoped that there will be upwards of 20 of the big machines on the grid to provide an action packed afternoon’s racing and wrecking.

There is a full supporting programme of oval racing on the day too – with the fabulous two Litre Hot Rods joined by Lightning Rods and Junior Productions. It has all the makings of a superb day out for all the family.
