A BONNIE DAY FOR CHARLIE

On the Friday it was the turn of Charlie Bonner to get into the limelight for his tally of 42 points from a handicap of fourteen.

Charlie scored an impressive 23 from the inward nine. Alan Grills hit 41 from his mark of fifteen for runners up spot pushing Alan Campbell into third on countback.

Brian McNeill continues his run of form with a 40 pointer this time to claim fourth place. He too had 23 points from the back nine. Those days of playing off thirteen are now a dim and distant memory, he has been cut to eight!

A level par round from Jack Farrell saw him win the Best Gross prize.
