Bad day at office for Coleraine Academy

COLERAINE Academy Under 13’s were taught a lesson in possession when they took on Glenavon on Saturday.

The score was 4-0 to the Lurgan side.

Glenavon played with great awarness and played some good football. Coleraine matched them at times, but were let down in front of goal.

Well done to the players - keep working hard.

Coleraine 3-4 Derry Colts

COLERAINE Under 14’s got off to a flying start.

They opened the scoring inside three minutes.

Derry got back into the tie and grabbed two goals quickly after that.

A determined Coleraine were not going to lie down, and the youngsters battled scoring two quick goals to take the lead going into the second half.

In the second half the two teams worked hard but Derry Colts struck twice just before the end.

Keep up the hard work lads the win is just around the corner.
