Dixon claims victory in final race of NIPA season

The final race of the NIPA season was the Young Bird Inland National flown from Rosscarbery in County Cork.

Fog and mist in the release area and on parts of the route delayed the liberation, strings were finally cut at 12 Noon with the birds released in a Lt South East wind.

In MAC it was another win for Danny Dixon of Dunloy winning 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th with the winner doing velocity1345.

Mileage Awards are as usual – 0-250 Miles, 251-450 Miles, Over 450 Miles, Best Single Bird Performance OB or YB, Young Fancier for any of the above 8-16yrs racing on own. Finally Club Secretary to submit claims for Single Bird Performance Talbenny (2) & Penzance. No claim yet from Sect E.
