CITY OF DERRY: Judges Road men looking to increase playing numbers

It will be the first time the Club have run such an event of this type and they are hoping to attract Men and Women from 16 years old upwards to increase their playing numbers at Under Age and Senior Rugby.

It will be a taster session for beginners and an introduction to the the Judges Road club, its facilities and members.

The Club are also hoping to attract players who have played the game at school but turned to other sports or people who have come to the City to work or University.

City of Derry Rugby Club are contacting all the GAA and Soccer Clubs in the City and beyond and hopefully other sports will have members coming along to give Rugby a try.

There will be a barbecue to finish off the evening and everyone is welcome.
