Vice Lieutenant Patrick Killen

IN the neighbouring County Tyrone Lord-Lieutenant Robert Scott has appointed the former Chief Executive of the Tyrone Crystal group Patrick Killen to the position of Vice Lord Lieutenant with the commission taking effect from April 22.
