Trolley and handbag stolen
POLICE in Londonderry are urging shoppers to be wary following an incident in a supermarket on Strand Road on Saturday, September 25 when a handbag went missing from a trolley.
Police would advise the public to keep a close eye on their personal belongings when out shopping.
It only takes a second for an "opportunist thief" to grab a bag or a purse and walk away unnoticed.
Anyone who witnesses incidents like this should contact store security and police immediately.
