Chapter 7 are a Christian worship team whose aim is to tell people about what Jesus has done and is still doing in their lives. Maybe you’ve never heard the actual good news of Jesus, maybe you’ve accepted Him as Saviour but have fallen away from your faith or maybe you’re walking strong; their hope is that they will be able to encourage you to accept Jesus as your Saviour or to reconnect with Him or to motivate you to keep serving Him.

The band have had the privilege of leading worship at events and services throughout Northern Ireland and seek to continue their ministry by working alongside churches and organisations in the work of the Gospel.

The 2010 concert is a celebration of the Easter message; what happened that first Easter week changed the face of history for ever. This concert will follow the amazing journey that Jesus took to the cross. He came into our world, astounded many through His miracles, healings and teachings but died a most gruesome death. To the authorities they were getting rid of a nuisance but for us He was fulfilling the ultimate plan of God, in fact the entire reason for the Universe’s existence, in that “while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!”

Carolyn Blair, who is a third year Theology student at Belfast Bible College, will narrate this year’s concert and deliver a special Easter message.

Open Doors were 2009’s chosen charity. In 45 countries they are supplying Bibles, training church leaders, delivering Scripture-based literacy programmes and supporting Christians who suffer for their faith in many of the most high-risk places on earth, where the gospel costs the most, ranging from China and North Africa, to South East Asia and the Middle East. Chapter 7 were able to donate 1000 to the charity.

The band looks forward to having you with them at their concert.
