Probation orders revoked
Concurrent prison sentences were imposed on a 29-year-old man last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court after probation orders were revoked.
Johnathan Duddy, whose address was given as HMP Maghaberry, appeared by way of videolink.
On November 13, 2013, he had been put on probation for criminal damage and common assault but he failed to comply with the requirements of the order.

Hide AdDistrict Judge, Mr Greg McCourt, replaced the order with three months in custody for each offence. These terms are to run concurrently with each other and concurrently with the sentence Duddy is presently serving.
A barrister for the defendant said he had a significant alcohol problem which was a feature of his offending.
