Anti Slavery Day events

THIS Thursday is International Anti-Slavery Day and two local groups are holding events to raise awareness of the vulnerable people who are being exploited in Northern Ireland.

At 1pm Lurgan Soroptimists will be taking part in a rally at Belfast’s Waterfront Hall which will bring together organisations working against human trafficking.

They are inviting all women and men across the province to stand together as one voice, against human trafficking.
