Police investigating sex attack on teenage girl in Limavady

The attack is believed to have been carried out by a man in his 60s last weekend.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police in Limavady are appealing for information following a report of an indecent assault that occurred on the afternoon of Sunday, January 26.

“It is reported that a teenage girl was walking on the Blackburn Path, sometime between 2pm and 4pm, when she was indecently assaulted by a man, believed to be aged in his 60s.”
