There was one objection to the Kiltinney Road application which was withdrawn.
New dwelling for Garvagh
A planning application for a new dwelling at Brone Park, Ballyagan Road in Garvagh has been given the green light.
The application appeared on the list at Tuesday’s planning meeting, there was one objection to the application.
Residential development for Macosquin

The application was passed at last Tuesday’s Council meeting. There were no objections.
Dwelling approved despite objections
AN application for a proposed dwelling at 43 Bushfoot Road in Portballintrae has been given the green light.
At last Tuesday planning committee meeting, planners approved the application which had three objections.
Phone mast for Sperrin Club

Approval for eco townhouses
AN application for three eco-townhouses has been passed by planners.
The townhouses will be built at land to the rear of 624 Glenmanus Road in Portrush.
The application had previously been refused, however it appeared on Tuesday’s schedule as an approval.
New sign for petrol station

There were no objections to the application.
Approval for AOH Hall in Kilrea
AN application to rebuild an AOH hall at Agivey Road in Kilrea has been approved.
The application had one objection.
An office meeting was held with the objector and the applicant, however Planners listed the application as an approval.
