NW plumbing supply firm’s creditors to meet
A meeting of the creditors of Londonderry plumbing company will take place in the city on Friday, August 29.
Creditors of North West Plumbing Supplies Limited. will meet at McCambridge and Duffy LLP on the Northland Road.
“The resolutions at the creditors’ meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated,” according to a notice published in the Belfast Gazette.
The notice continues: “The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve,the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.”
