Man on drink-drive charges
A BALLYMENA man has appeared in court on drink-driving-related charges.
Philip Arthur Esler (45), of Cullybackey Road, is accused of being in charge of a vehicle while unfit through drink or drugs and being in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol consumed.
The offences are alleged to have taken place at Brigadie Avenue on May 8.
Esler’s case was adjourned until August 5, at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
