Man is fined for speeding

Kevin Agnew, of Leighinmohr Avenue, also had his licence endorsed with three penalty points after admitting the offence at Ballymena Magistrates Court.

The court was told that Agnew was detected travelling at 75mph in a 60mph zone at Frosses Road on April 8.

Solicitor Joe Donnelly said that Agnew had not received the “paperwork” in the post, relating to a fixed penalty ticket being issued.
