Leighinmohr back to business after ‘minor fire’
It is thought that the fire, which was extinguished quickly by the Northern Ireland Fire Service, emanated from an electrical fault in a laundry room at the rear of the hotel.
Around 160 people were evacuated following the incident, with no injuries caused.
No structural damage was caused by the fire.

Hide AdAround 30 firefighters and six fire appliances attended the scene.
Roland Bailie, general manager of The Leighinmohr Hotel, said: “We would like to thank the Northern Ireland Fire Service for their rapid response to the fire and also pay tribute to the work of our dedicated staff, which has ensured we can re-open the hotel quickly.
“It’s back to business as usual from Friday onwards.”
