Larne musician Keith Semple and his wife Lanette have announced the birth of their second child, Rozlyn Jayne Semple, via social media.

Last year, 34-year-old Keith took part in The Voice USA where he won praise from music megastars Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani and Adam Levine before being eliminated during the show’s live playoffs.

In the online announcement, Keith and Lanette are pictured posing proudly with their newborn daughter, along with the caption: “We welcome Rozlyn Jayne Semple to the world.”

Keith, who now lives in America, revealed that Rozlyn was born at 12.05pm today (Tuesday January 26) weighing five pounds and measuring 19 inches long.

The couple already have a daughter named Rowan, aged two.

After Rozlyn’s birth was announced, Keith’s Facebook page was flooded with congratulations by fans and well-wishers.
