Hunt on for Santa’s missing reindeer
During November reindeer models were delivered to Lisburn area Primary Schools, where they were artfully decorated by pupils.
The reindeer were lovingly decorated by Forthill, Harmony Hill, Largymore, Meadow Bridge, Killowen, Old Warren, Tonagh, Pond Park and St Joseph’s Primary Schools and Jelly Tots at Island Arts Centre.

Lisburn City Centre Management Chairman David McCallum said, “The Reindeer Hunt is unique to Lisburn and local schoolchildren have spent countless hours dressing and decorating their reindeer to make their unique creations.”
Mr McCallum said he hoped the reindeer hunt would encourage families into the city centre to take part over the Christmas period.
“This is the fifth year that the reindeer have been hiding in Lisburn and it continues to be a fun event for all the family,” he said.
