Hide AdProbation brought the matter back to the court last week after the defendant failed to attend for unpaid work on three occasions. He had only done 41 hours out of 150. District Judge Amanda Brady said Coleman had pushed a constable in the chest and refused to provide his details.
A solicitor representing the defendant said that he was working 50 plus hours a week.
Judge Brady revoked the order and replaced it with a fine of £150 and ordered Coleman to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
