End in sight for Larkfield saga
In a long running saga Larkfield Meadows residents have complained constantly over the years about areas where work had not been completed.
Roads had been left unfinished and green spaces had become overgrown and were not landscaped - something residents have said they were promised.

One year on and residents have expressed further frustration: "We have been told the work will be completed and the Roads Service is involved, but I have seen nothing happen. Residents are exasperated."
The 'MAIL' contacted Jim Fay this week, he said: "The work was supposed to be completed last year, but it wasn't.
"We have completed the road and hopefully we will get the landscaping finished by the end of May."

"This development is complete, however, the sewer remains unadopted. When the sewers are adopted a final surface inspection will be carried out to ensure that no defects are present."
