Communities remember the fallen
Services were held in various locations in the city, with the largest services being held in Lisburn City Centre and Hillsborough.
In Lisburn a parade, led by the Young Defenders Flute Band, made its way from the Royal British Legion in Sackville Street to then War Memorial in Castle Street, where wreaths were laid.

A similar parade and service of remembrance was also held in Hillsborough, where the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Alexander Redpath, laid a wreath on behalf of the city.
