Boat sinks in Portstewart harbour
There was a sinking feeling in Portstewart this morning as onlookers watched the Coleraine Harbour Commissioners Pilot Vessel slowly slip into the water.
Storm Henry left its mark after Coleraine Harbour Commissioners Pilot Vessel ‘Challenger’ sank.
The little pilot vessel - which was reported to be sinking just before 10am - had almost completely submerged ten minutes later.

Hide AdA spokesman for Coleraine Harbour Commissions said: “The vessel sank in her moorings in Coleraine harbour.
“An investigation will be carried out to determine the cause,” he added.
The pilot vessel - which was built around 2001 - was not used on a daily basis.
