Employing three people and with 40 associates, the bespoke human resources company chose to move to the Innovation Suite at LEDCOM’s Willowbank Business Centre to be near the many fast-growing companies already located at the site.

Anne Taylor, recruitment and development executive officer from Chain HR said: “We’ve seen the business really take off in recent years and as we move into these new premises we wanted to do something positive for MacMillan Cancer Support by joining in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning event and inviting local businesses, colleagues, clients and supporters to join in.

“It’s a chance for us to celebrate but also give something back to the local community.”

Audrey Murray, who has just joined the team at Chain HR as the new general manager, said: “Chain HR has grown quickly over recent years and we’ve moved to the new offices in order to take it to the next level.

“Our aim is not to compete directly with the large recruitment firms but to provide a really personalised service to businesses of all sizes, but in particular small and medium sized companies where we can make a huge difference by helping with the legal issues surrounding employment.”

The company provides a range of services to businesses but one area that has grown quickly is its temping services, in which Chain HR recruits and manages temporary staff.

Chain HR also provides recruitment of permanent staff and on-going HR support as well as a free HR health check by business development manager Linzi Conway.
