Jetpacks are a band worth watching
The power, purpose and poignancy of We Were Promised Jetpacks is a noise to behold.
The four-piece from Edinburgh impressed as the support act to Frightened Rabbit in the Mandela Hall on Friday night, their brutal melodies belying their demeanours.
While they draw slight comparisons with labelmates Frightened Rabbit, their sound is more akin to early Biffy Clyro.
