'Spook'tacular event
A PARADE and Halloween fireworks event will be held in Ballycastle on Sunday October 31 this year.
A Moyle Council report said: ‘The aim will be to make this year’s even more successful than 2010 by encouraging everyone, individuals and community organisations and businesses from the District to come along and take part in the parade.”
