Be a Bookstart baby in your local library!

BALLYMONEY library will be holding a number of events to mark National Bookstart Day and this year they will be celebrating with a summer seaside theme.

To celebrate the fun of sharing books, libraries across Northern Ireland will be holding seaside rhyme themed adventures as well as song and story telling sessions. And children who come along to celebrate National Bookstart Day will receive a free booklet of a seaside poem by the author Tony Mitton, beautifully illustrated by Alex Ayliffe and free seaside stickers, along with a Bookstart rhymetime leaflet.

Ballymoney library held one event last week with great success and the next event will take place this Wednesday, June 9 from 11am.
