Orange Order Games Day fun

Another hugely successful Games Day has been hosted by the Officers, committee and Lodges from City of Londonderry No.1 District LOL.

The event took place in the Royal British Legion Waterside Branch on Saturday, and the organisers have thanked all those who took part and contributed to the fund raising for the charities Alzheimer’s Society and the Sperrin Roon at Altnagelvin Hospital.

Jason Kelly, winner of the pool event,with William Jamieson, City Grand Lay Chaplain, and Matthew Hill also in the winning team, with runners-up Kingsley Baker and Jordan Campbell.

The final total is not yet known and will be announced and a presentation will be made in due course.

The prizewinners were as follows:

Darts: Winners, Allister Gault and Craig Mooney; runners-up; Donna Adair Wray and Andrew Deans.

Bowls: Winners, William McHugh and Matthew Hill; runners-up, Richard Kincaid and Allister Gault.

Pool: Winners, Jason Kelly and Mathew Hill; runners-up, Kingsley Baker and Jordan Campbell.
