Man’s jaw broken in attack outside pub


A thirty-four year old man’s jaw was broken in an assault outside a city centre pub in Londonderry on Sunday, June 28.

Police at Strand Road are seeking information about an assault.

A number of men were involved in an assault on the 34-year-old outside a bar at Waterloo Place at around 8pm on Sunday, June 28.

Constable Archibald, the investigating officer, said police believed a number of people were in the area and may have information that would assist in the apprehension of the offenders.
