GAA thieves sought in the long grass

A lawnmower and strimmer have been stolen from the Owen Roe O’Neill GAA club’s premises in Glenmornan.

The Briggs and Stratton mower and Mitox strimmer were stolen from the Moorlough Road grounds sometime last week.

Sergeant David McIlwaine said police were keen to hear from anyone who could help locate the equipment, or who had knowledge of the incident.
