Four years to the day since Andrew Allen was shot dead in Lisfannon Gardaí say they made a significant arrest last year and are intent on bringing the Waterside man’s killers to justice.
A spokesman for An Garda Síochána said: “While many witnesses have come forward and made statements there are still people in our community who have information which may assist the investigation.
“If you have some knowledge of this heartless murder and you have not come forwarded to date please don’t hesitate any further and come forward to assist now.
“Your delay in coming forward will not be an issue and your information will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
“If you have information, however insignificant it may seem to you it may be pivotal in linking into what is already known about this crime and assist in bringing Andrew’s killers to justice.
