FOYLE Sunday Society had an excellent turnout on a cold and at times showery day and again the scoring was excellent on the Ballyarnett winter layout.
Mark Doherty (21) produced a marvelous winning score of 47 points followed closely in second by Sean McEleney (23) with 46 points and Declan McKinney (12) returned a fine score of 44 points to finish third.

This week the Pitchers Restaurant Spring League and Easter Egg competitions continues daily, while the Sunday Society continues at the weekend.
Meanwhile at City of Derry, Robin McClay (12) with 33 points claimed the club’s stableford competition on Saturday.
Second after a break of tie finish was Ken McBride (10) who scored 32 points and Dermot Hegarty (17) with 32 points was third.
The Sunday Society 13 hole stableford competition was claimed by Kevin Green (14) after he scored 36 points, second was Jim O’Hagan (15) after he finished 34 points and Jim McDaid (13) with 32 points was third after a BOT finish.
