After their heroic JBE League Cup win at Crusaders, Institute have been handed a home quarter-final tie against Warrenpoint Town.

The tie, which will be played to a finish, will take place at the Riverside Stadium, on Wednesday, November 18 (KO 7.45pm).

Boss Kevin Deery is expecting another tough game for his players but he is delighted to have been given a home draw and he hopes that supporters from the area will come out in force next month for the tie.

“After having the toughest draw in the last round, I’m glad we have got a home draw in the quarter-finals,” he said.

“Yes it’s a game which is winnable and I’m sure Warrenpoint Town will be thinking that themselves.

“But that game is still a few weeks away and we’ll concentrate on it closer to the time, as my focus is now on Donegal Celtic on Saturday.”
