Northern Ireland international Shane Ferguson admits their Euro 2016 hopes is all to be play for following their 1-1 draw with Hungary on Monday night.

Ferguson was over the moon after Kyle Lafferty’s late equaliser means Michael O’Neill’s side still sit a point clear at the top of Group F.

“It was a great moment and it was great for the team that Kyle scored that goal, he has worked so hard. It’s unbelievable what he has achieved so far in this campaign,” he said.

“It was great to come back from being down 1-0 and obviously being down a man, but the lads dug in deep and it was great to get the point at the end for the hard work the lads put in.

“The boys have showed great character all the way through the campaign and the lads have been fantastic, the result just showed how good a team we are now, the way we are playing the confidence in the team, so it’s great to get that point.”
