It’s expected that it will be a case of, one in and one out, as far as the North West is concerned ahead of Northern Ireland’s 23 man squad announcement today for next month’s European Championships.

Tamnaherin winger Shane Ferguson, who missed last night’s friendly win over Belarus as he’s likely to play for Millwall at Wembley in the League One Play-off Final against Barnsley on Sunday, looks set to make the final cut; but unfortunately ex-Derry City defender Danny Lafferty is expected to miss out.

Manager Michael O’Neill, who names his squad this afternoon, used a few of his 22 man squad in last night’s comfortable 3-0 friendly win over Belarus.

First half goals from Kyle Lafferty and Conor Washington was added to in the second half by substitute Will Grigg, as the Green and White Army secured the perfect send-off for France, in front of a packed Windsor Park.
