City earn big point
DERRY City secured a point at newly crowned champions St Patrick’s Athletic, following their 1-1 draw, last night.
The Candystripes raced into the lead on 34 minutes thanks to Barry McNamee’s cool side footed finish, but a wonder strike from Anto Flood eight minutes from time secured a share of the spoils for Liam Buckley’s men.
