INSTITUTE host Loughgall tonight (Wednesday KO 7.45pm) with a place in the Co-Operative Insurance Cup quarter-final at stake.
In their first leg at Lakeview Park a few weeks ago, the sides played out a scoreless draw but 'Stute boss John Gregg is confident his side can get the all important win this evening.
"Obviously we want to win and a good cup run would do us the worl
d of good, especially after our defeat at Coleraine," he said.
"We were back in training last night (Tuesday) and I would love a positive result against Loughgall because that would put us in the quarter-finals.
"We showed on Saturday against a top three club that we aren't overawed by anyone, so you never know what can happen in the cup if we can get past Loughgall."
The Coleraine man is also well aware that the Villagers, who defeated Bangor Reserves 2-0 in the WKD Intermediate Cup at the weekend, go into tonight's clash looking to prove a point.
"Loughgall are going to be a tough nut to crack and they'll be looking to show why they should be a Premiership team.
"Even though we have Linfield on Saturday we won't be taking tonight's game lightly as we are looking to bounce back after defeat at Coleraine."
The Waterside men are still without James Quigley through suspension, while Gregg may also make one or two changes to his starting line-up.
Striking duo Ryan McCreadie and Kevin Ramsey may push their way into the starting eleven.
"At the minute Paul Brown is struggling with a groin problem, so I may have to look at resting him
"Although all my players want to play through the pain barrier, I have to make the big calls to ensure they don't aggravate any injury problems they have.
"But if I have to leave Paul out we have enough quality players particularly up front who can come in and replace him."
