DERRY City manager Stephen Kenny isn't too concerned that his side haven't found the back of the net in their last three league games.
In fact Kenny is confident his players have a good chance to get back to winning ways, when bottom club Galway United, visit the Brandywell, on Friday night (KO 7.45pm).
"We are playing some good football at the minute but haven't taking our chances
when they have fallen to us," said Kenny.
"However it's not something we should be too concerned about, we have a great chance of getting back to winning ways this week with a home match against Galway.
"Jeff Kenna has recently been installed as their new manager and he'll want his players to get something from the Brandywell. He'll be working on their defence and they'll come to the Brandywell with a system.
"In our opening 11 games we have been away from home in seven of them, but we have three games out of our next four at home, and having won two and drew the other then we have a chance of doing well."
On the plus side defender Clive Delaney returns to the squad, after serving his one match ban, while winger Paddy McCourt may also come into Kenny's reckon.
The Northern Ireland international, who saw a specialist in Dublin yesterday , may return to training later in the week.
"Big Clive is available again, while Paddy may start some light jogging today, however it's too early to say if he'll be in the squad for Friday night," added the Derry manager.
"Kevin Deery is also making good progress following his operation, while Sean Hargan is still a few weeks away and that's good for the squad."
Last Friday evening, the Candystripes dominated for long spells at title chasing Bohemians and would have taken all three points if midfielder Gareth McGlynn had have taken his chance in the first half.
Nevertheless the Dubliner was happy with the way his side performed against his old club.
"We played very well but possibly didn't create too many opportunities, however Gareth's chance was a big one. Nevertheless I was pleased with our display.
"We dominated midfield, which is important whenever you play big sides like Bohemians, because it stops them creating chances for their two international strikers Jason Byrne and Glen Crowe."
