INSTITUTE starlet Philip Lowry, fresh from his Milk Cup success with the Northern Ireland Elite squad, is currently training with Coca/Cola League One side Leicester City, while Norwich City also wait in the wings.
The gifted midfielder played in a first team versus reserve team practice match on Tuesday and by all accounts impressed Foxies boss Nigel Pearson, so much so that he was asked to play for the first team.
"I trained on Monday with the first team, which was brilliant," said the talented midfielder.
"Although I was training with the first team, I just did my own thing and played my own game but I have to admit it gave me a big buzz.
"I won the Milk Cup with the Northern Ireland Elite squad, which was unbelievable, then I went to Leicester on Sunday, then I'm coming home tomorrow (Thursday) to then start preparing for the Glenavon game.
"I'll speak to John (Gregg) to organise my trip to Norwich City, I have heard they possible want me to go over on Sunday, but to be honest I wouldn't mind a little bit of a break, because the last few weeks have been a bit crazy."
