Junior League gets underway

THE North West Junior football season got underway recently with the hugely popular Sentinel Sport Cup kicking things off.
However tomorrow night (Thursday), the serious action gets underway with the Second Division starting their campaign, while both the First Division and Premier Division's start on Saturday, August 30.
The Second Division fixtures are as follows: Thursday - Lincoln Courts v Churchill United Res, Eglinton Res v Sion Swifts Res, Foyle Wanderers Res v Greysteel Res, Dungiven III v Ardmore, Newbuildings United Res v City Colts.
Saturday - Irish Street v Eglinton Res, Sion Swifts Res v Foyle Wanderers Res, Sion Swifts Res v Foyle Wanderers Res, Greysteel Res v Dungiven III, Ardmore v Newbuildings United Res, City Colts v Lincoln Courts Res.
Tuesday - Lincoln Courts Res v Irish Street, Eglinton Res v Greysteel Res, Foyle Wanderers Res v Ardmore, Dungiven III v City Colts, Newbuildings United Res v Churchill United Res.
All mid-week matches kick-off at 6.30pm, while Saturday's game start at 2pm.
