THIS season's Northern Bank Senior cup final will be contested by Bready and Donemana after both had comfortable semi final victories.
The last three remaining local sides in the Club Turf competition were all defeated on Sunday. In the league Killymallaght had a two wicket win over Brigade at Beechgrove.

This Saturday two North West sides will be in action in the last eight of the Bob Kerr Irish senior cup while there are important league games over the weekend.

Irish Senior cup

Donemana v CIYMS

The home side are on the crest of a wave aft
er their excellent win over Limavady in the senior cup. They have unearthed another gem in sixteen year old Andy McBrine who batted superbly against the Roesiders. They will be looking to go one better after losing in the final last season.
The Belfast side showed they are no slouches when they defeated Bready in last Sundays Club Turf cup, they have a lot of experience in their ranks with players like Derek Heasley to name just one.
Prediction Donemana

Limavady v Merrion

The Roesiders will want to bounce back after last weeks exit from the senior cup, their top order batsmen all failed in that game but with their talent they will bounce back. They are one of the favourites to go all the way.
The Dubliners are a formidable outfit with some quality players, Dom Joyce is probably their best known player but there are others, they have to be respected.
Prediction Limavady

Section One

Killymallaght v Eglinton

The 'Mallaght recorded their third win of the season at Beechgrove last Saturday which should keep them well clear of the relegation battle. They have a never say die attitude and they like nothing better in upsetting the big boys.
Eglinton continue to struggle having won just two games all season, their promising youngsters have gone off the boil especially with the bat, they may lose again.
Prediction Killymallaght

Glendermott v Bready

It already looks as if the games between the Bonds Street men and Coleraine will decide who will be relegated. Bob Robinsons' side have yet to record a league win and they don't look like a side who are playing with much fight.
Bready having reached the Senior final are cock a hoop and will go into this one as strong favourites and they should have few problems.
Prediction Bready

Fox Lodge v Coleraine

The Foxies were disappointed to lose in the Club Turf last Sunday prior to that they had been playing well. They have reached the Faughan Valley cup final so it has been a good season so far.
The Bannsiders like Glendermott are yearning for that elusive first win, they have some talent in their ranks but the step up has been much more difficult than they expected.
Prediction Fox Lodge

Sunday Section One

Limavady v Strabane

Some people thought that these two sides would be in the Senior cup final but alas neither of them made it. They are joint leaders at the top of the table and both sides have some superb players. There is sure to be plenty of runs in this one with the home side the selection
Prediction Limavady
