TITLE chasers Sion Swifts collected maximum points at the weekend when they secured a hard fought 1-0 win at Maghera Strollers.

Another side challenging for the championship is last season's runners-up Newtowne and they too had to battle all the way beating lowly Burndennett 2-1.
This week's fixtures list sees Lincoln Courts as the only side challenging for the Premiership
with a game and they'll want to make the most of it.

Drummond United v Maghera Strollers
This game, which takes place tomorrow (Thursday) night is one of those games that at this stage of the season, looks like both sides have nothing to play for.
United currently trail Maghera, but they do have games in hand, but it's hard to motivate players at this stage of the campaign.
Prediction: Drummond United.

Maghera Strollers v Lincoln Courts
The Waterside men know a win would put them into pole position and with only a handful of games remaining maximum points is all that matters.
Wayne Glenn's side who only a few weeks ago suffered a defeat to Sion Swifts in the City Cup, will be holding nothing back in this one.
Maghera, who only last weekend gave fellow title contenders Sion a scare eventually going down 1-0, will be looking for a similar performance but a different result.
Prediction: Lincoln Courts

Burndennett v Drummond United
Home advantage may hold the key to this fixture and with the cricket season also now underway both sides may struggle to field a strong side.
With Roe Rovers and Park already relegated, both these two have little to play for, nevertheless 'Dennett know a win would move them above United.
Prediction: Burndennett.
