A MAN has appeared at Limavady Magistrates' Court accused of possessing drugs with intent to supply.
At a preliminary enquiry on Wednesday, John Paul McCloskey, 27, of Roe Mill Gardens, Limavady, was charged with possession of cannabis resin and speed. He was also charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on March 3 this year. When asked on Wednesday if he wished to provide evidence, call witnesses or had anything to say, McCloskey indicated he did not.
District Judge Mr Copeland ordered that McCloskey be returned to Londonderry Crown Court on September 10.
