Emergency personnel returned to Spencer Road again this morning, Thursday, following a second suspected gas leak.
The call-out was declared a false alarm after a half-hour search of the premises involved.
Despite this, the incident caused localised traffic chaos as three fire crews descended on the street and a cordon erected in response to the callout.
At the end of last week a carbon monoxide leak resulted in at least three people being taken to hospital and treated with oxygen after traces of CO were found in their systems.
For a short time Spencer Road was reduced to single file traffic.
The video attached shows fire crews arriving at the scene shortly after 9.30am.
