NWRC showcase their creations

Members of Foyle, Limavady and Strabane were all competing together across a series of various categories in Fashion and Photography Make-Up, Creative Up-Styles, Smokey Eye Makeup, Creative Day Styles, Creative Nail Art, Creative Colour and Cut, Creative Nail Art, Gents Cut and Blow Dry, Creative Fantasy Styling and Bridal Styling.

Susan Cassidy, NWRC Hair and Beauty Curriculum Manager explained: “Our annual cross campus competitions are designed to bring together the skill and creativity our students from our Strabane, Limavady and Strand Road campuses, and everyone is very proud of the standard of skills and styles displayed on the day

“There was magnificent creations, colours, shapes and styles from our student’s designs and styles. The event is not only important to students for their college assessment but is also a great opportunity for them to develop their practical skills by working under pressure in a competitive environment, congratulations to everyone who took part.”
