The Foyleside & The Moor Neighbourhood Team were involved in the operation at a number of premises.

“During every search conducted quantities of cannabis were found - approximately £1000 worth,” PSNI Foyle stated.

“Cannabis is a Class B Controlled Drug and it is illegal to possess and/or supply it.

“These searches were the result of community concerns. The use of drugs tears apart lives and ruins communities. We will continue to ‘Keep People Safe’ by targeting those involved with drugs.

“If you have any concerns about drug activity in your area please contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
