Thugs bricked an ambulance

MINDLESS thugs fired a brick at an ambulance as it was driving between the Bogside and the Brandywell in Londonderry.

Though no-one was injured damage was caused to the vehicle.

Police are appealing for information following the incident, which occurred in broad daylight, on Friday, September 28.

At around 5.30pm a brick was thrown at an ambulance as it was driving along the Lecky Road. Some damage was caused to the vehicle. No-one was injured.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to contact them on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
