Police are appealing for information following a theft from a construction site in Londonderry over the weekend.

Sometime between 4pm on Saturday, September 8 and 9am on Monday, September 10, the site on the corner of Steelstown Road and Madams Bank Road was broken into and a significant quantity of lead was stolen.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity around the site at the weekend to contact them at Strand Road station.
