Road rage suspect spat at a young mother

A MAN reportedly spat at a young mother outside a primary school in a road rage incident in Londonderry last Tuesday.

Police in Londonderry are appealing for witnesses following the altercation on the Culmore Road involving two motorists.

At around 2.40pm on Tuesday, September 18, a female driver was parked outside a primary school on the Culmore Road when a male driver got out of his car behind and approached the female in her car. It is understood the male driver spat on the female before he got back in his car.

Police say the area was busy at the time with a traffic jam and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Police at Strand Road station on 0845 600 8000.
