Petrol bomb attack

Police in Foyle are appealing for information after a report of a petrol bomb attack at the Stevenson Park area in the early hours of Monday, April 30.

Shortly after 1.30am, it was reported that two men were seen igniting a petrol bomb device and throwing it at a car in the area. The two men are believed to have made off on foot towards the Church Brae area.

Shortly before 2.25am, it was reported that a petrol bomb device was thrown at a house in the Stevenson Park area. Damage was caused to the property, but no one was injured during the incident. Enquiries are continuing.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police in Foyle.
